She spent a fortune on her shoes and the shoe salesmen would call her the minute they had something chic in her size. Just lucky to be in the same city that Nordstrom's began in. I never think of Ebay for shoes - mainly just obscure kitchen stuff. The nice thing about the Cole Haan with the Nike Air interiors is that they look nice and you could walk all day in them. That's what happened to my Teal pair - I wore them out, instead of saving them for "Special". I should have bought two pairs.Berylhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08386043271411304736noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1474350601993629544.post-5235543655072837302013-04-15T13:50:42.547-07:002013-04-15T13:50:42.547-07:00The old Bandolino's were so terrific. Then I want something pretty but not too cute. When you have baby feet like mine, these are surprisingly hard to find. I have bought shoes from eBay, but with only about a 30% success rate I can't be bothered. Anyhow, enjoy your shoes! I remember it being even worse in Seattle, when I passed up things marked down to 75% off in the Target, only to find them at Value Village or Goodwill for half price. Funny thing about my favorite Tulsa Goodwill is that they recognize the Burberry name, but not the quality. They had the most terrible fake (unmatched plaids and cheapest buttons ever) that they priced at over $100. Neat to get a real trench for $2. I still use the one I bought before I had kids, and my daughters gets it when I'm done with it. I once found a Burberry trench for $2. A 200 buck coat! I love hitting the jackpot at the Goodwill. Your style reminds me of the early Jones New York or Calvin Klein, before they started to sell to Costco (or Sam's Club in this area), if they had continued to make good quality clothes. So the Tulsa Goodwill would be good for you, if you're ever in the area.Berylhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08386043271411304736noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1474350601993629544.post-79396751751744316812013-04-10T13:14:07.067-07:002013-04-10T13:14:07.067-07:00You are so lucky!
