Comic Con 2012

Comic Con 2012 registration didn't work for me this year. This is the second year in a row that I won't get to go. After years of going to the world's foremost Geekapaloosa, it has become chic. And scalpers have figured out how to make money reselling tickets, which used to be available at the door. The Big Bang Theory and Chelsey Handler have brought in a whole new element. The star gazers, I guess. Well, Angelina Jolie was there one year, in the pre-husband stealing days. And if you have any memories of Buck Rogers in the 21st Century, Erin Grey is usually there selling her autograph. (And Tai Chi DVD's, if you're lucky.) Maybe there is a Comic Con somewhere else to go to this year. New York would be nice. (Or I could just grow up!)
