When driving back from the Koloche Festival Saturday, Hgy 44 was stopped for an accident. (I am done driving on 44, since I've only driven it twice - once by a GPS error - and there have been accidents both times.) When we diverted onto Rte 66 (getting our kicks!), we had to stopped and get pictures of these hot cows.
I love these photos. It is always remarkable to me too when I see cows cooling themselves. Now, can we picture them in a bikini?
ReplyDeleteBless their hearts. I always feel so sorry for poor animals in the hot and cold weather!
ReplyDeleteHey Terri - Snicker!wild. Cows in Bikinis! And I thought my imagination was
ReplyDeleteHey Sanda - We were driving pretty fast when we first saw them, so we had to turn around and go back. We'd never seen cows like that other than in pictures from India. (Any one who knows my husband can't believe he turned around and went back to see Anything!)
ReplyDeleteHello Beryl! I am loving Seattle- it's in full bloom and gorgeous right now. Come winter, I'm sure a different story- I've been blogging about it a bit- lots of pretty pictures! xo. -Bella Q the Citizen Rosebud
ReplyDeleteI am so glad - the Summer is so great there. All the festivals are so much fun! Don't miss the Memorial Day music thing, Folklife (I think). And eat some of that good food for me. I miss the Lunchbox Laboratory hamburgers like crazy. I'm seeing my dentist in August and that's the first thing I am going to have. If you're free, we should have lunch. If you're vegetarian, we'll go elsewhere.
