Terri - Do you have Reasor markets where you are? That's where these came from. I'm used to more frosting in the crosses, but these had tons of candied fruit in them.
Hi Sanda - I didn't make them this year since I need my large sons to eat them up for me and they were in California. So I was pretty happy to find these at my local market.
Hey Shelley - Did you ever hear the rhyme? Hot cross buns, Hot cross buns, One a penny, two a penny, Hot cross buns. If you have no daughters, Feed them to your sons, One a penny, Two a penny, Hot Cross Buns. (Or something like that!)
Nom. Are these homemade?
ReplyDeleteThose are beautiful. I love Hot Cross Buns, but I've never made them. Hope you had a good day!

ReplyDeleteI never heard of these until I came to Britain - they are very popular over here.
