In Case You're Not Convinced

I forgot to add this yesterday - but when Okra is fresh, the seeds burst in your mouth with a similar mouthfeel   (word borrowed from Graham Kerr, the Galloping Gourmet, after he had his conversion to healthy cooking, since his wife. Trinny - the love of his life - had a health crisis - a mini stroke, or heart attack, I think), to the freshest caviar at just the proper caviar temperature.  And I much prefer the Okra to the caviar - which I just realized when I noticed that I had not bothered to Capitalize "caviar", which I do for as much emphasis, as annoyance.
