Why I Am Where I Am - Because I Know Better Now

I really thought that living in the most expensive neighborhood you could afford made good sense when my kids were growing up. I have decided that I was wrong. Keeping your stuff in the cheapest place you don't absolutely hate gives you the freedom to do what I am doing now. A combination of traveling and not worrying about money. I think my kids would agree that living in an unnecessarily expensive neighborhood wasn't all it was cracked up to be. Just saying.

These pictures are for my son, who spent his time in Paris remarking on how small the cars were. We finally saw a decent sized car. And some more really small ones!

  1. Love this thought. And agree.

    Brilliant photo of Amanda.

  2. I told Amanda she had to be in the picture for scale - or people would think Rolls Royce made mini Rolls just for parking on Paris streets. (I have another picture to post but haven't hade decent Internet for a while.)
