I made it another day - had my Chai Tea Latte and tipped my $1. But I didn't give up being smug . I bought one of those tiny cupcakes from Starbucks. Chocolate with Peanut Butter Frosting. Here's where the Smug factors into it: my Peanut Butter Frosting is so much better than theirs! Can't imagine a better Chocolate Cake, though.
Beautifully presented, that sweet is. 'Lenten Indulgence'...I don't know whether to sit down and try to explain 'Lent' to you (which would be a hoot, since I barely understand it myself) or to pat you on the back and say you're definitely on to something!
ReplyDeleteHi Shelley - Did you like how I took a picture of it on the dashboard on top of the bag it came in? I had to take it like that, since that tasty bite was never going to make it all the way home where the Blue Willow plates are.
