Favorite Small Oklahoma Town - Claremore

Spent another pleasant afternoon in Claremore. Had lunch in this old mansion and bought an Ann Taylor skirt and a brand new Baekgaard orange leather purse at the Goodwill. Then drove north on Route 66 to check out the "World's Largest Totem Pole". (Bigger isn't better when it comes to Totem Poles.) Got a drink at the Sonic Drive-In before heading home. It was "Happy Hour" at Sonic's and the Limeade was half-price - less than a dollar. Good times!

  1. Orange purse? I want a shot of that! (Plus a shot of something else, but that's another story.)

  2. How funny that I was uploading that purse picture while you were leaving the comment. Our local Spirits store has Pernod. Which must be the national drink of the Czech Republic by the way! I think I'll have a little Baileys, medicinally, of course.
