Ever Had Fried Blackened Potatoes?

My sister Cie (Claire) responded by email, so she got invited on the trip, too. If she just gets a plane ticket, her room and food is my treat! And Czech food is so wonderful - and filling - and carb-a-lious. Ever had fried blackened potatoes? I'm too tired to tell you how to make them tonighy, but maybe tomorrow. Hint: It takes a cast iron skillet.
